6. Ability to create a business case justification for an IT project
7. Understanding key Tivoli products like IBM Tivoli Storage Manager, IBM Tivoli Storage Manager for Reporting, IBM Tivoli Storage Manager Extended Edition etc
8. Knowledge of Tivoli products like IBM Tivoli Storage Manager for Advanced Copy Services, IBM Tivoli Storage Manager for Copy Services, IBM Tivoli Storage Manager for Databases etc
