CSAD (Certified Secure Application Developer) Certification Requirements
To obtain CSAD Certification , the following steps are to be followed:
Step 1 : Take the ECSP exam
312-92 - EC-Council's Certified Secure Programmer
Step 2 : Achieve an Application Development Certification from any of the following vendors:

LCE/LCA/RHCE/LPI Certification
For Microsoft
MCAD/MCSD Certification
For Sun
SCJD/SCEA Certification
For Oracle
OCP Certification (DBA)
For IBM
