CCSE NGX certification is one of the most widely  recognized  security certifications available.

CCSE NGX is an advanced Core security certification built on CCSA NGX, confirming in-depth skills and expertise in managing and supporting Check Point products.

Proficiencies include configuring and managing VPN-1/FireWall-1 as an Internet security solution and virtual private network (VPN), using encryption technologies to implement site-to-site and remote access VPNs, and configuring content security by enabling Java blocking and anti-virus checking.

To obtain CCSE NGX , two exams need to be passed. They are:

• 156-215.1
• 156-315.1

Exam Objectives (brief)

• NGX tools to upgrade to NGX, from VPN-1/FireWall-1 NG or VPN-1 NG with Application Intelligence
• NGX tools to install NGX on Windows Server 2003 and SecurePlatform
• Content security to Security Gateways
• Configuring VPNs, using IKE encryption and Check Point’s simplified VPN setup
• Configuring NGX to allow VoIP traffic to pass through a corporate Security Gateway
• Allocation of BandWidth
• Check Point High Availability solutions
